Specs for Exclusive Email Blast
There are a few available options for the exclusive email blast -- we have created a couple set templates that can accommodate your message or a you can use an email creation system to create your own template.
One thing to note is we want to keep the content fresh. We don't support sending the same message multiple times as when this is done we tend to see an increase in unsubscribes. We also want to discourage sending the same exact email via ProBrewer that has been or will be sent to other lists as this leads to email fatigue and increased unsubscribes as well.
Setup Details We Need:
Email subject line: 150 characters max
Pre-Header line -- this is seen in the email preview in many email clients: 200 characters max
Email address(es) to send approval tests to.
OPTION 1: Make your own:
You can use an email creation site that you already use like Mailchimp, etc. to create the email either yourself or with the help of a designer. With approval of this design we can convert that to our system and send it.
There are a number of services that offer email campaign editors -- allowing you to create a custom email or an email from a template to send via the ProBrewer Exclusive Email Blast -- here are a few suggestions:
OPTION 2: Use a Designer:
We can make an introduction to one of our design partners that can build the html email for you. You'll negotiate the price for the work directly with the designer.
Very Important: Please test your HTML email by sending it to yourself using as many different email accounts and email programs as possible before sending to us. Pay extra attention to mobile clients as those can be some of the most restrictive.Related Articles
